About Vokkl
01What is a parallel dialer?
It calls several numbers at once from one rep seat, drops the lines that reach voicemail or a dead number, and connects the rep to whoever answers.
02Is Vokkl an AI dialer or a parallel dialer?
Both. The parallel dialer places the calls, and the AI works on top of it, scoring each conversation, drafting battle cards and answering questions about your pipeline.
03Is this outbound calling software or a full platform?
Vokkl covers the whole call. The dialing, the live cues, the coaching afterwards and the analytics all sit in one product on one plan.
04How long does setup take?
Connect your CRM, sales engagement tool, or import a list, and most teams dial the same day.
The dialer
01How many lines can Vokkl run?
Vokkl runs five lines at once, and you can drop back to a single line in power mode without ending the session.
02What is the difference between a power dialer and a parallel dialer?
A power dialer places one call at a time and advances on its own. A parallel dialer places several at once and connects you to whoever answers first. Vokkl includes both and switches between them mid-session.
03Why five lines and not ten?
More lines mean more dead air on the pickup, more calls abandoned before a rep can speak, and a list that burns through faster. Five is where connect quality still holds.
04What happens if two people answer?
The first person to answer is connected, and the second call ends with that prospect moving to your callback list.
Pricing and plans
01What counts as a dial?
Every outbound call attempt Vokkl places counts as one, parallel dialing included. Free gives you 50 dials for the week, Starter resets at 100 dials per day per user, Growth at 200, and Enterprise has no cap.
02What happens when the free week ends?
Free runs for one week or 50 dials, whichever comes first, on one user with one number and no integrations. After that you move to a Starter license, or straight to Growth if you already know you need more than three seats.
03Why does Starter cap at three licenses?
Starter is priced for a small team on one domain. The moment a domain needs a fourth seat, the whole domain moves to Growth, which covers up to 10 seats with 200 dials a day. Past 10, talk to us about Enterprise.
04What does “data included” mean?
Data is included on the Enterprise plan through our data partners. SalesIntel search lets reps find contacts that fit your ICP and export them as a CSV or push them into your CRM or sales engagement tool. FullEnrich fills in verified mobile numbers, so more of every list is reachable before it reaches the dialer.
05What does Growth add over Starter?
More room to grow: up to 10 seats instead of 3 and 200 dials per user per day instead of 100, billed annually at $150 per user per month. Every feature is the same on both plans, including the virtual sales floor.
